Once a purchase has been completed through Paypal, we will receive notification of your payment almost immediately. After verifying payment, our supplier will begin the process of acquiring both veterinary and export certificates for the buyer to avoid any issues, once the package arrives at customs. These two documents will always be sent with every order as it is required by almost every country. The time it takes to accomplish this is usually 2 days. All our Zebra skin rugs are then shipped through EMS and takes anywhere between eight to fourteen days to arrive with its destination with a verified tracking number. Cost of shipping is usually $85 per skin,including all legalized documents to any country in the world. Good news is that we are offering free shipping at this time.
Return:
Our top priority is making sure that our customers are always happy and satisfied with the products we provide. If by any means your not satisfied with the product, please return it within 10 days upon arrival to receive a refund. Return shipping costs will not be refunded since we are offering free shipping. Also funds for both the veterinary and export certificates will not be refunded since we cant reverse this process with the department of fish and wildlife in Tanzania. Thank you
